1. About Us
Find the Words creates custom, personalised poems based on information you provide via our online form.
You can choose to receive your poem as a:
Digital copy (emailed to you)
Typewritten print
Framed print
Each poem is lovingly created to order — no AI, no templates, just honest words written just for you 💌
2. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed clearly on our website and may vary depending on the format you choose (digital, print, framed) and your delivery method, which is selected at checkout.
We accept payments via:

Apple Pay
We are a UK-based small business and currently operate under the VAT threshold.
3. Order Process & Delivery
Once you've completed your order and submitted your poem questionnaire, we’ll get started on your custom piece.
Dispatch Time
Please allow up to 2 weeks for creation and dispatch, though we’ll often deliver sooner when we can.

First Class (Standard)
First Class (Tracked)
Your delivery cost will be calculated and added at checkout based on your selection.
4. Cancellations, Refunds & Issues

Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please email us at alifindwords@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Refunds
Due to the personalised, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer automatic refunds. However, if you’re unhappy with your poem or something has gone wrong, please get in touch — we want you to love what you receive, and we’ll always try to find a solution.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your printed or framed poem arrives damaged or contains an error, please email alifindwords@gmail.com with a photo and explanation and we’ll resolve the issue quickly.
5. Your Responsibilities
To ensure we can create something truly special:
Please provide accurate, respectful and honest information in your poem questionnaire.
We reserve the right to decline submissions that are discriminatory, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.
6. Intellectual Property
All poems created by Find the Words remain our intellectual property.
When you purchase a poem, you're granted a personal licence to use and share it — for example, as a gift, keepsake, or social media post — but you do not own the copyright or have the right to reproduce it commercially.
You're welcome to share your poem online or with others — we just ask that you give credit where possible 😊
7. Age Restrictions
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to place the order on your behalf.
8. Legal Bits
We are based in the United Kingdom, and these terms are governed by English law.
If any part of these terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, the rest will still apply.
