  • Payment-related data (only collected by Wix Payments or third-party providers – we don’t store this ourselves)

  • Any messages or emails you send us

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13 years of age.

  • Create and deliver your personalised poem

  • Contact you with draft approvals or follow-up questions

  • Fulfil your chosen delivery option (digital, printed, or framed)

  • Delivery services (like Royal Mail or Evri) – to post your printed poem, if selected

5. How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep basic customer records (name, order info, contact details) for up to 6 years for tax and accounting purposes.
Your questionnaire responses and poem subject details are kept for up to 12 months, in case of reprints or follow-up requests. If you’d like us to delete them sooner, just drop us an email — no poetic form required.

We do not use advertising trackers, Google Analytics, or third-party data profilers.
